Place ear plug between thumb and forefinger. Roll and compress into a crease-free cylinder. Pull ear upward and outward and while compressed, quickly place the ear plug with rounded end first into ear canal. Hold in ear 15-20 seconds until fully expanded. To remove – slowly ease from the ear. Storage: Ear plugs can be reused whenever they are kept clean and in good condition. Use the plastic container to keep the ear plugs fresh and dry. Replace your ear protectors if damaged, dirty or when they are not properly cleaned. Keep FOAM PU ear plugs out of water.
